Areas of Interest

    Dr. Van den Bleeken has a wide interest in theoretical and mathematical physics and some physical mathematics, but the primary focus of his research is on problems in fundamental high energy physics such as

  • black holes
  • quantum gravity
  • non-perturbative aspects of field theory
The main tools he uses in this research are string theory, supersymmetry and duality.
